As we dawn on looking for new superfoods, I always want to eat "healthy" while being decadent and pleasurable. I then brainstormed with two dear friends, a wellness coach and a talented chef.
Our collaboration and merging each others talents alongside with playing with each other's strengths, we successfully launched an intimate dining experience of five courses highlighting the benefits of medicinal mushrooms infused with sublime food and handmade wine. The result, a fantastic culinary experience with explosive flavors that leaves you with a new sense of wellness for the mind, body, and soul.
